To all of you amazing, kick-ass, talented Fusion peeps,

Like I mentioned in last month's meeting, I have never felt more comfortable and been more excited about the team we have in place and the future potential of Fusion than I am in 2019. You have all done a tremendous job of working together and continuing to bring our core values to the forefront. We have many lofty goals moving forward, and I see no reason why these goals cannot only be reached but exceeded. It will take the collective effort of this entire company to do this, and if we are all committed and cohesive in our alignment as a whole, watch out!!

Our 3 year vision is to become the premier staffing agency without an MSP. “Premier” equates to the top revenue, the best brand awareness, and the highest employee satisfaction. We will accomplish this through technological advances, focus on customer experience, candidate flow, and job flow.

PS – I have committed to sitting with one division one day per month to make sales calls (Mallory’s idea). Hopefully it is like riding a bike 😊.

In many of our meetings we are discussing how to continue to build trust and keep open communication lines across all divisions, particularly divisions that are sales and non-sales. Everyone plays a part in this - challenge yourself to get to know someone new in another division.

Increase accountability to drive individual, divisional, and company performance through measurement o fkey performance metrics.

We are a few steps from rolling out an awesome sales dashboard. We shifted our original target date back to program the dashboard to bring nightly updates to make it more useful.

Provide opportunities across all levels of Fusion to do things differently to better the lives of everyone.

Almost 800,000 candidate files are being reviewed for data quality as part of the Credentialing project. Also, Pulse has been successfully launched and we will continue to monitor progress and make improvements to the user experience.

Reinforce the Fusion family experience through our values and strategic anchors.

Current traveler satisfaction and brand awareness benchmarks are set and we are targeting quarterly improvements. Everyone will begin hearing a renewed focus on one of our Strategic Anchors, Relationships, Loyalty, and Customer Service.

Timecards Processed

Targets versus Actual Numbers in P4 and P5

Hats off to Cath Lab and Lab for exceeding production targets during P4 for Timecards Processed! Production for these two divisions should continue into the next period, as they are both projected to be above Targets again in P5!!

Overall, Fusion is a bit behind in P4 for Timecards Processed (3%), and will likely continue to be under targets into P5. The main causes are slower production weeks during mid-February and again in early-April that are impacting our results. Together we’re also experiencing factors outside production like natural attrition, turnover, divisional movement, and large new hire classes that are having an impact. These factors will definitely help us going forward, and have favorable impacts as we get into future periods this year!

My name is Eric Mecca. My wife and I are new hires of Fusion Medical Staffing. The purpose of this email is to acknowledge Matt Waters for his outstanding professionalism, hard work, and friendliness that he has extended to us in our first travel nursing experience. We contacted and talked to several travel agencies and recruiters with the goal of finding the right fit for us. No other recruiter we talked to made us feel as comfortable in this whole process as Matt did. He is one of the biggest reasons why we decided to sign on with Fusion as our agency. The time he took to answer any and all questions we had, as well as never pushing us in a direction we were not comfortable with, was what really set him apart from any other recruiter. In short, Matt went "above and beyond" for us, and made us feel more like his friend than a business client. Matt is a great recruiter and an even better person.
